  • Modified pushups – Lie face down on the floor. Place your palms directly below your shoulders. While leaving your knees on the ground, push your upper body off the floor. You won’t be lifting as much weight as a traditional pushup because your knees will bear a lot of it. However, you’ll still benefit. Do 10-15 of these modified pushups three times every week.
  • At-home presses – If you go to the gym, you’ll have access to a wide variety of dumbbells and other exercise equipment. At home, you may not have those same tools, but that’s okay! Laying flat on your back, grab a household item like a heavy book. Lift it straight off your chest. Slowly lower it back down. Repeat 10-15 times three times every week.

It turns out that the absolute easiest way to make your breasts look bigger is to alter the way that you carry your body. Most people who have poor posture lack self-confidence. A slouch or a hunch is actually a non-verbal communication. It says “I don’t like the way that I look” or “If I tuck up and hide, no one will bother me.” If you’re displeased with the way your chest looks, you may be compounding the problem by inadvertently sending these messages too.

Correct posture is easy to attain for a few minutes, but it can be difficult to keep maintain for extended periods of time. Proper posture will use muscles you haven’t used in a while and it can even tire you out a bit at the beginning. To practice good posture, try these tricks:

  • When sitting and standing, keep your feet flat on the floor. This will straighten out your legs and knees.

  • Your chin should be parallel to the floor. Don’t spend all your time looking at the ground. It puts a strain on your neck.
  • Let your shoulders relax. They shouldn’t be bunched up close to your neck. Nor should they roll forward over your chest. That makes your torso look like a bowl and makes your breasts point towards the ground. You want them to point straight ahead, so adjust your shoulders accordingly.

Clothing

There are hundreds of different articles of clothing you can choose to wear on any given day. Most of them aren’t designed with your specific body type in mind. If you want to wear clothes that are going to complement your shape and make your breasts look big and full, you’re going to need to choose them carefully.

  • Undergarments – The first step is picking a bra. Different ladies have different strategies, but padded and pushup bras are proven to work. If you’re looking for a little lift, you’d do well to invest in a few gravity defying brassieres. Some women prefer to buy bras smaller than their actual size, but that won’t work! It’ll squeeze your breasts tight. That’s the opposite of what you want! Bandeau’s are a no-no for this same reason.
  • Styles – For very thin women, it may be a good idea to wear tighter tops. The benefit is that a tight top provides contrast between your breasts and tiny torso. By comparison, your breasts may look bigger. Don’t wear very low cut shirts or dresses. They may be sexy, but they won’t help the illusion you’re trying to create. High necks are safe and thick material helps. The size of the top and bottom of your breasts will increase by the thickness of the material.   • Colors/Patterns – As a rule, white makes things look bigger and black makes things look smaller. Therefore, shirts and tops that are white or lightly-colored should be your go-to look. Horizontal stripes are preferable to vertical as well. They have a widening effect. Your breasts will appear fuller than they would otherwise.
